The Production Process

Here at iRoof Exteriors, we offer comprehensive roof inspections at no-cost, no obligation. A roof inspection is essential to identify any areas that need repair or replacement and to ensure that the structural integrity of your roof is intact.
iRoof Exteriors uses the latest technology to inspect roofs. We use drones, which present a unique opportunity for getting a clear view of your roof top and allow us to get precise roof measurements. Utilizing drones for roof inspections allows us to reduce cost, difficulty, and danger for our team. They also improve accuracy and consistency. Even the most skilled roof inspectors are subject to human error. With a drone, however, these typical inaccuracies and inconsistencies can be removed.
As part of our roof inspections, you will receive a Full Roof Report that include pictures of your entire roof, pointing out any areas of concern. Many homeowners get their roof inspected when preparing to list their home for sale, and our Full Roof Report is a great tool to pass on to potential buyers. However, even if you are not in the market to sell your home, all roofs eventually wear down over time and are exposed to severe weather. It is important to periodically get your roof evaluated so you are not surprised by any issues that can potentially cause a lot of damage. When we inspect your roof, you can be sure that all the details will be carefully evaluated.
Our roof inspections check for all of the following:
-Missing, broken, or torn shingles
-Worn away shingle granules
-Cracked or missing caulk
-Rusted or missing flashing
-Rotted or torn rubber boots and pipes
-Wood rot or sagging areas
-Cracks in chimney or missing caps
-Gutters that are not securely attached

Storm Damage and Insurance
If you think you have storm damage, you need to contact an iRoof Exteriors representative immediately to document the damage. Next, you will need to file a claim with your insurance company. Every insurance provider has different criteria of what qualifies as storm damage. Your insurance will send out an adjuster to inspect the storm damage and document the damaged areas.
Your iRoof Exteriors representative will meet with the adjuster as an advocate for you, the homeowner, and make sure that all damage is documented and nothing is missed. Many homeowners get weary of filing a claim for storm damage because they worry their rates will go up. However, most insurance companies raise their rates based off a zip code. If there has been a recent storm that has caused damage to a significant number of homes, the whole zip code will most likely see an increase on rates the following year, regardless of whether they filed a claim or not.
RCV Policy? ACV Policy? Depreciation? Insurance can get confusing, but lucky for you iRoof Exteriors has over 20 years experience with home insurance policies. Give iRoof Exteriors a call today and we will take care of everything regarding the insurance company so you don’t have to.
iRoof Exteriors not only deals with roofs, we also deal with siding replacement and installation. We install many different types of siding, including but not limited to Vinyl Siding, Cedar Siding, LP SmartSide Siding, and Board and Batten.
Our most popular is Vinyl Siding. Vinyl Siding stands out for the excellent value and durability it provides. Vinyl siding is offered it many different colors and styles. It can even imitate the look of wood. Some of the benefits of vinyl siding are that no painting is required, it is inexpensive, and it is low maintenance.
iRoof Exteriors also offers seamless gutters, which are created and installed on-site and installed in one continuous run. Seamless gutters made by rolling a metal sheet through a gutter forming machine, compared to sectional gutter systems that include sections that are mitered and sealed together. Seamless gutters are stronger than sectional gutters because they do not have these mitered sections, which have higher potential for leaking.
We offer both standard 5” seamless gutters, however 6” oversized gutters are become increasingly popular in areas such as the Midwest that is subject to heavy rainfall that can continuously overshoot a gutter system. Additionally, your home’s roof line and pitch are important factors in deciding whether a 5” standard gutter or 6” oversized gutter would fit best for your home.
Your iRoof Exteriors representative will be able to help you decide what would work best for your home. We typically recommend upgrading to oversized 6” gutters for the following:
-Gutters over 40 feet in length that cannot have 2 downspouts
-Long runs of 60 feet or more of gutters
-Lower gutters that have upper gutters draining into them
-Roof lines with high concentration into a small section of gutter
-Inside valleys with overflow during heavy rains
