Gutters

iRoof Exteriors also offers seamless gutters, which are created and installed on-site and installed in one continuous run. Seamless gutters made by rolling a metal sheet through a gutter forming machine, compared to sectional gutter systems that include sections that are mitered and sealed together. Seamless gutters are stronger than sectional gutters because they do not have these mitered sections, which have higher potential for leaking.

We offer both standard 5” seamless gutters, however 6” oversized gutters are become increasingly popular in areas such as the Midwest that is subject to heavy rainfall that can continuously overshoot a gutter system. Additionally, your home’s roof line and pitch are important factors in deciding whether a 5” standard gutter or 6” oversized gutter would fit best for your home. Your iRoof Exteriors representative will be able to help you decide what would work best for your home.

We typically recommend upgrading to oversized 6” gutters for the following:

– Gutters over 40 feet in length that cannot have 2 downspouts
– Long runs of 60 feet or more of gutters
– Lower gutters that have upper gutters draining into them
– Roof lines with high concentration into a small section of gutter
– Inside valleys with overflow during heavy rains

Gutter Protection - Our 25-Year Warranty

Here at iRoof Exteriors, we use Shur-Flo Gutter Protection which offers a 25-year warranty and is one of the only gutter guards on the market that requires NO MAINTENANCE. Shur-Flo Gutter Guards allow rainwater from your roof to drain through their patented perf-flow filtration system. Leaves, pine needles, twigs, and even the smallest debris are suspended on top of the panel. Air circulation from above and below allows the debris to dry up and blow away in the wind. (theshurflo.com) Shur-Flo Gutter Guards are installed snugly on the top of your gutters, are invisible from the ground, and do not void any roof warranties as they do not lift or penetrate any roof shingles.
